With the exception of the Fundraising/Marketing Coordinator position based in the Huntsville area, we prefer that applicants for all other open positions live within approximately one hour of the preserve. This ensures staff are available for training, scheduling, and in case of emergencies.
Entry Level-Landscape & Maintenance Assistant
Tigers for Tomorrow | Attalla, AL
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and getting your hands dirty for a good cause? Join the Tigers for Tomorrow team and help us keep Untamed Mountain looking wild—but well cared for!
Responsibilities include:
-Weed-whacking and trimming around walkways and landscaped areas
-Maintaining paths, flower beds, and public spaces
-Assisting with basic maintenance projects (fixing fences, small repairs, painting, etc.)
-Supporting upkeep and cleanliness of the preserve grounds
Requirements:
-Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
-Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round
-Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
-Must have reliable transportation
-Experience with landscaping tools is a plus, but not required
Fundraising Coordinator – Huntsville Area (Hybrid/Remote)
We're seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Coordinator to help us expand our donor base and fundraising initiatives in the Huntsville area.
About the Role:
This hybrid/remote position focuses on establishing a strong fundraising presence in the HSV area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, and philanthropic organizations in the Huntsville area.
-Research and identify new fundraising opportunities within the community.
-Plan and execute creative fundraising campaigns and in-person events.
-Represent Tigers for Tomorrow at local events and meetings.
-Collaborate with our team to develop a strategic donor engagement plan tailored to the Huntsville market.
-Assist with sponsorship proposals, grant research, and donor outreach materials.
This is not a call center or phone marketing position. We’re seeking someone who understands nonprofit fundraising and is eager to make a real impact.
Compensation & Structure:
This role can be structured as either a volunteer position or a part-time paid opportunity, depending on experience and availability. While we currently do not have funding for a full-time salary, we are open to discussing stipend-based compensation, project-based pay, or a growth-to-paid role as we expand donor support in the area.

Part-Time Untamed Provisions Courier
Part-Time | Tigers for Tomorrow | Attalla, AL
Do you have a wild side and a strong back? Tigers for Tomorrow is looking for a reliable, part-time Untamed Provisions Courier to help us feed the preserve!
Duties include:
-Picking up meat donations from local processors and other food donations
-Transporting provisions safely to the preserve
-Unloading and organizing produce and meats
-Assisting with basic sorting and storage
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
-Ability to lift 40+ lbs
-Responsible and dependable
-Passion for animals and conservation is a plus!
Schedule:
Part-time hours, flexible days based on donation pickup needs.
